The story is about 6 elves in training to become Official Santa Elf. The 6 elves undergo 5 different challenges and the winner of each round earns a badge and becomes a Santa Elf. However, one little elf in particular cares more about helping others than completing. He ends up losing all the challenges, but Santa has been watching and rewards this kind elf with a special badge for being kind. In the end, this elf becomes a leader. It's a lovely story for promoting kindness in your classroom.
